| Guidelines for Used Books - Item Conditions and Comments |

Our customers are informed to read through the Item conditions and comments found in the Item details page. Given below are guidelines for ‘Used items.’
New:Brand New Book
Like New:Although the book is not new, it will appear to be a new book. In other words, damages, missing pages, creases or tears and/or writing can not be seen in the book.
Very Good:The book will be in very good condition. It might have been read but there will be no loose pages and you cannot find any damage to spine.
Good:The book will be in clean condition though the spine of the book may be worn-out. Any other specific description pertaining to the quality of the book will be given in the Item details page.
Acceptable:Book will be in readable condition. Pages and cover will be intact. However, sometimes the dust cover may be missing. There might be substantial notes and markings with pen or pencil nevertheless these notes / markings would not obscure the text. Any other specific description pertaining to the quality of the book will be given in the Item details page.

| The time taken for the item to reach the desired location will vary according to the destination it has to reach. In case of destinations within USA, the time frame for delivery would be 2-4 days and in case of UK it would be 7-14 days. The item is scheduled to reach Western European countries within 3-14 days and again 3-14 days for the rest of the world. |

| At times, you might, for whatever reason, want to cancel an order you have just placed. In such a case, your right to revoke the order is valid only if the 'book' in question has not been shipped. As a first step, we advise you to contact our customer care to ensure that the book has not been dispatched. Once it is found that the book is still at our location, you can proceed with cancellation. To carry your cancellation through, you need to give our support team your order reference number, besides stating the reason thereof. |
