Anyedition.com being the byword for excellent customer service guarantees that the condition of the item is as per the description given on the Website. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item. To do so, please contact support@anyedition.com. While you contact us, we would like you to provide the order reference number and all order related information to help us process your request quickly.
You will be eligible either for a replacement or a refund. A full refund will include the entire amount spent while placing the order, that is even the shipping cost. As soon as you contact us, our customer care will send the Return Instruction. If you return an item more than 30 days after its shipment date, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Also, you should communicate your intention of returning the product within 21 days after the shipment date. Once you return the item rewrapped in its original package, it would take 8 days (excluding the time taken for delivery) for processing the returned item. |
